Our Approach
Every casino on our list is verified and assessed against the same 10-point methodology before it appears on the site. We only cover operators that meet four non-negotiables:
- Accepts Canadian players and processes deposits and withdrawals in CAD
- Holds AGCO registration and an executed iGaming Ontario agreement
- Offers a full casino, slots, table games and live dealer, from licensed studios (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and others)
- Publishes clear wagering requirements and responsible-gambling tools
We don't cover operators we can't verify against those four. If a casino fails any of them, it doesn't appear on LegalOnlineCasinos.ca, regardless of what they offer to pay.

How We Review
Every casino covered on this site is assessed against a consistent 10-point methodology: licence verification, game range, CAD and Interac banking, payout speed and reliability, loyalty and value, mobile usability, customer support, trust and track record, responsible-gambling tooling, and overall experience.
We cover the full casino, slots, table games, live dealer and game shows, from the licensed studios available to Canadian players. Reviews are reassessed at least once per quarter, and rankings are updated on any material change: a payout-speed regression, a banking change, or a licensing event. If you spot an outdated fact in a review, email us and we'll update it.
